Terms of Use

Last updated: October 6, 2026

Welcome to Grand Auto View. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Grand Auto View website, account features, vehicle listings, auction functionality, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using Grand Auto View, creating an account, or participating in an auction, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.

1. About Grand Auto View

Grand Auto View provides an online platform through which users can browse vehicle listings, save vehicles, create and manage accounts, and participate in online vehicle auctions.

Specific vehicle availability, auction conditions, payment requirements, title and ownership transfer procedures, pickup or delivery arrangements, fees, and other transaction details may vary and may be described separately in the applicable vehicle listing or other information provided by Grand Auto View.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use auction and bidding features on Grand Auto View.

By creating an account or placing a bid, you represent that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are authorized to use the account.
  • You have the legal capacity to participate in the applicable transaction.
  • Your use of Grand Auto View complies with applicable laws and regulations.
  • You will comply with these Terms and any auction-specific requirements.

We may restrict or suspend access to bidding functionality when reasonably necessary to protect the integrity or security of the Services.

3. Account Registration

Certain features, including bidding, require a registered Grand Auto View account.

When creating an account, you may be required to provide information including your:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Password

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and current.

You may not impersonate another person, provide intentionally false information, or create an account for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You should:

  • Use a secure password.
  • Keep your credentials confidential.
  • Avoid allowing unauthorized persons to access your account.
  • Notify Grand Auto View if you believe your account has been compromised.

Grand Auto View may take reasonable measures to protect accounts and investigate suspicious activity.

5. Vehicle Listings

Grand Auto View displays information about vehicles offered through the platform.

A listing may include information such as:

  • Make and model
  • Model year
  • Mileage
  • VIN
  • Engine
  • Transmission
  • Drivetrain
  • Fuel type
  • Exterior and interior color
  • Vehicle condition
  • Images
  • Starting price
  • Current auction information
  • Auction start and end times

Users should review the complete vehicle listing before participating in an auction.

6. Vehicle Information and Inspection

Vehicle descriptions, photographs, specifications, condition information, and other listing details are intended to help users evaluate vehicles before bidding.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, users are responsible for reviewing available information and making their own decision regarding whether to participate in an auction.

Where inspection opportunities are available, users are encouraged to inspect the vehicle or arrange an appropriate independent inspection before bidding.

Vehicle condition may include normal wear, defects, damage, repairs, or other characteristics that may not always be fully apparent from photographs.

7. Auction Status

A vehicle auction may have different states, including:

  • Scheduled
  • Active
  • Ended
  • Won

A scheduled auction is not yet open for bidding.

An active auction is currently accepting eligible bids.

An ended auction no longer accepts bids for its current auction period.

A won auction has concluded with an eligible winning bidder determined by the auction system.

The status displayed by Grand Auto View’s auction system is authoritative for purposes of determining whether bidding is currently available.

8. Starting Price

Each auction may have a starting price.

The starting price establishes the base price from which bidding begins. It does not necessarily represent the final purchase price, market value, appraisal value, or estimated value of the vehicle.

Users should determine independently how much they are willing to pay before participating in an auction.

9. Bid Increments

Grand Auto View auctions may use a fixed bid increment.

The next valid bid is determined automatically by the auction system based on the current auction price and the applicable bid increment.

For example, if the current price is $10,000 and the bid increment is $250, the next available bid would be $10,250.

Users do not independently enter an arbitrary bid amount where the auction is configured to use fixed bid increments.

The bid amount displayed by Grand Auto View immediately before confirmation should be reviewed carefully before a bid is submitted.

10. Placing a Bid

Only eligible registered users may place bids.

When you submit a bid, the Grand Auto View auction system validates the auction and determines whether the bid can be accepted.

A bid may be rejected if, for example:

  • The auction has not started.
  • The applicable auction period has ended.
  • The auction is not accepting bids.
  • Your account is not eligible to bid.
  • The auction state changed before the request was processed.
  • The request is invalid or cannot be processed securely.

A bid is not considered accepted merely because a user attempted to submit it. The bid must be successfully recorded by the Grand Auto View auction system.

11. Bids Are Binding

Before placing a bid, carefully review the vehicle and the amount of the next bid.

Once successfully submitted and accepted, a bid is considered a commitment to purchase the vehicle if you become the winning bidder, subject to the applicable auction and transaction requirements.

Bids generally cannot be withdrawn, reduced, edited, or canceled after they have been accepted.

Do not place a bid unless you are prepared to complete the transaction if you win.

12. Bid Confirmation and Outbid Notices

Grand Auto View may send transactional communications regarding bidding activity, including:

  • Bid confirmations
  • Outbid notifications
  • Auction result notifications
  • Winner notifications

These communications are provided as a convenience.

You remain responsible for monitoring auctions in which you participate. Delivery of an email or other notification is not guaranteed and does not determine the validity of a bid or auction result.

The auction records maintained by Grand Auto View determine the applicable bidding activity.

13. Auction End Time

Each auction displays an applicable end time.

Users are responsible for monitoring the auction and submitting bids sufficiently early for them to be received and processed.

Network latency, internet connectivity, device problems, browser issues, or other technical circumstances may affect your ability to submit a bid near the end of an auction.

Opening or viewing an auction page before the end time does not guarantee that a bid submitted later will be accepted.

14. Auctions Ending Without Bids

Grand Auto View may automatically extend an auction when an auction period ends without any accepted bids.

When this occurs, the auction may enter a new auction period and remain available for bidding.

The duration of an extended period may correspond to the configured duration of the auction.

An auction may be extended more than once if subsequent auction periods also end without bids.

Users should rely on the current auction status and effective end time displayed by Grand Auto View rather than an earlier end time they may have previously viewed.

15. Winning an Auction

When an auction ends with accepted bids, the eligible bidder associated with the highest valid bid recorded by the Grand Auto View auction system may be designated as the winner.

Grand Auto View may record information associated with the auction result, including:

  • Winning user
  • Winning bid
  • Auction period
  • Auction completion time
  • Other information reasonably necessary to preserve the auction result

The winner may receive an email or account notification after the auction concludes.

16. Completing a Winning Transaction

Winning an auction may create an obligation to proceed with the applicable vehicle transaction.

The winning bidder may be required to complete additional steps, which may include:

  • Confirming contact information
  • Providing required documentation
  • Arranging payment
  • Paying applicable taxes or fees
  • Completing ownership or title documentation
  • Arranging vehicle pickup or delivery
  • Complying with applicable deadlines

Specific transaction procedures may be communicated separately.

Failure to complete a transaction after winning an auction may result in account restrictions or other remedies permitted by applicable terms or law.

17. Payments, Taxes, and Fees

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the winning bid may not include every cost associated with acquiring a vehicle.

Additional amounts may include, where applicable:

  • Taxes
  • Registration fees
  • Title fees
  • Auction or administrative fees
  • Transportation or delivery costs
  • Storage charges
  • Other legally required or disclosed charges

Applicable payment methods, deadlines, and final amounts should be confirmed as part of the transaction process.

Grand Auto View will provide additional payment terms where payment functionality or specific payment requirements apply.

18. Saved Vehicles

Grand Auto View may allow users to save vehicles to a wishlist or saved-vehicle list.

Saving a vehicle:

  • Does not reserve the vehicle.
  • Does not constitute a bid.
  • Does not guarantee that the auction will remain available.
  • Does not guarantee any particular price.
  • Does not create ownership or priority rights.

For visitors who are not signed in, saved vehicles may be stored locally in the browser.

19. Auction Integrity

You may not attempt to manipulate or interfere with an auction.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

  • Using multiple accounts to manipulate bidding
  • Coordinating fraudulent bidding activity
  • Placing bids without an intention or ability to complete a winning transaction
  • Attempting to interfere with another user’s bids
  • Using automated tools to abuse the bidding system
  • Attempting to bypass auction restrictions
  • Exploiting technical vulnerabilities
  • Interfering with auction timing or functionality
  • Providing false or misleading account information

Grand Auto View may investigate suspected manipulation and take reasonable action to protect auction integrity.

20. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Grand Auto View to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Commit or facilitate fraud
  • Gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
  • Introduce malware or malicious code
  • Scrape or harvest information through unauthorized automated means
  • Circumvent security controls
  • Disrupt the operation of the website
  • Impersonate another person or organization
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Use the Services for an unlawful purpose

21. Suspension and Termination

Grand Auto View may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an account where reasonably necessary, including in response to:

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Auction manipulation
  • Security concerns
  • Material violations of these Terms
  • Failure to complete required obligations
  • Unlawful use of the Services

Where appropriate, Grand Auto View may also preserve relevant records relating to an account or auction.

22. Website Availability

We aim to keep Grand Auto View available and functioning reliably, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Software updates
  • Infrastructure failures
  • Internet outages
  • Security incidents
  • Third-party service failures
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Services as reasonably necessary.

23. Technical Issues During Auctions

Technical issues can occasionally affect online services.

If a material technical problem affects an auction, Grand Auto View may take reasonable steps to protect the integrity of the auction, consistent with applicable law and disclosed auction rules.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include reviewing relevant system records or modifying the availability of the affected auction.

Temporary differences between information displayed in a browser and the authoritative auction records may occur because of network latency, caching, or similar technical conditions.

24. Intellectual Property

The Grand Auto View website and its original content, design, branding, software, interface elements, graphics, and other materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by Grand Auto View, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit protected Grand Auto View materials.

Vehicle information, photographs, trademarks, or other materials supplied by third parties may remain the property of their respective owners.

25. Third-Party Services and Links

Grand Auto View may contain integrations with or links to third-party services and websites.

These may include services relating to:

  • Maps
  • Email delivery
  • Hosting
  • Payment processing
  • Vehicle information
  • Other supporting functionality

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Grand Auto View is not responsible for independently operated third-party websites or services except to the extent required by applicable law.

26. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Grand Auto View and the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • Every listing will be free from inaccuracies.
  • Every vehicle will meet a user’s particular expectations.
  • Third-party services will always remain available.
  • Electronic communications will always be delivered successfully.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

27. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Grand Auto View and its owners, affiliates, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of the Services.

This may include losses arising from:

  • Inability to access the website
  • Missed bidding opportunities
  • Internet or device failures
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Unauthorized account access not caused by Grand Auto View’s legally actionable conduct
  • Reliance on information where limitations were appropriately disclosed

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

28. Privacy

Your use of Grand Auto View is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

Those policies explain how we collect, use, store, and handle information associated with your use of the Services.

29. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to:

  • Grand Auto View functionality
  • Auction procedures
  • Business practices
  • Applicable laws or regulations
  • Security requirements

The current version will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Where required by applicable law, additional notice may be provided for material changes.

Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

30. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to Grand Auto View and its operations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

The specific governing jurisdiction and dispute-resolution provisions should be identified based on the legal entity operating Grand Auto View and the jurisdictions in which it conducts business.
