Yes. Opening an account costs nothing. There are no registration fees, membership charges, or fees simply for browsing available inventory. You can explore listings, place bids, and use Buy Now without paying to join. Payment is only required when you successfully purchase a lot.
Just create an account and verify your information. The verification step helps us maintain a secure marketplace and ensure that buyers meet the requirements for purchasing vehicles and other assets. After approval, you’re ready to browse, bid, and buy.
At this time, payments are accepted by bank wire transfer. Once your purchase is confirmed, your invoice will include the payment instructions and all the information needed to complete the transaction. Additional payment methods may be introduced in the future.
Your invoice will show the applicable payment deadline and provide everything you need to complete the transaction. If you have an issue meeting the stated timeframe, reach out to our support team before the deadline — we’ll do our best to find a solution with you.
A bid or Buy Now purchase represents a commitment to complete the transaction if accepted. Before placing a bid or purchasing, we recommend reviewing the listing details, photos, title information, and available condition reports carefully. If an issue arises after your purchase, contact our support team for assistance. Eligible purchases are also covered by our 14-day return policy.
Yes. Buyers may arrange an inspection before placing a bid or completing a purchase. You can view the vehicle in person or hire an independent inspector to evaluate it on your behalf. Contact our team to coordinate access. If an in-person inspection isn’t convenient, you can review the listing remotely using the available photos, condition information, and vehicle documentation.
After your payment is confirmed, our logistics team coordinates delivery with a licensed, insured transport carrier. The first 1,000 miles are included with your purchase. Any distance beyond that is billed at $1 per mile.
All vehicles are covered by transportation insurance while in transit, giving you added protection from pickup through delivery.

Yes. Eligible vehicles come with a limited 6-month/10,000-mile warranty, beginning when you take possession of the vehicle. Coverage ends when either the six-month period or 10,000-mile limit is reached, whichever occurs first. Purchases also include a 14-day return policy.
Yes. Eligible vehicles may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the vehicle has been driven no more than 1,000 miles. To qualify for a return, the vehicle must remain in the same condition as when it was delivered. Returns are not available for vehicles that have been damaged, modified, altered, or used as collateral for a loan.
Once a return has been approved, the refund is issued within 48–72 hours. No delivery charges are deducted from an approved return.
